According to the article I read "The acquisition of language by children"kids learn to make sounds first than words. Children start learning by the age of seven mounts old. They pick up their native language so fast do to the practice they have and how they listen to other around them.
It's so cool how kids pick up on their native language! Definitely a resourceful article!
